Hi faithful friends and followers!
I have to admit, I am probably one of the worst bloggers ever. I do not keep up with my blog as often as I should. When I first started this blog, I made the excuse, “I am doing this for my own personal growth,” with fears of people judging me, thinking that I think I am better or more spiritual than them, or just solely disagreeing with me. Oh, what little faith I had! Within this past year, I am learning what it means to be a light. I was not placed on this Earth to bring glory to myself. I do not wake up each morning with a beating heart only to have it broken by people who judge or disagree with me. God has literally breathed life into me because I have a purpose. God has literally breathed life into you because you have a purpose. We have two choices: work for fame that is not everlasting or work for a purpose that we can carry with us to heaven.
Many times, I do not blog religiously because I am in awe of what God is doing in my life and in other lives around me. I am simply left speechless because my Savior is so powerful, and I just do not have the words to write or express my thoughts. I, an imperfect, unfaithful sinner, will never be able to give God the unending praise that He deserves. I came across this video today, and it sums up basically all of my thoughts in about 4 minutes. So rather than trying to ramble on, I am going to post it with hopes of changing someone’s perspective on life.
If you want to see a change in the world, then be a part of it.
We were never called to live comfortably.
